Doug’s Construction was established in Swan Hills, by Mr. Doug Dorey,
in 1958. The company has been doing oilfield and general excavation work ever since. We have 8 dozers,
5 excavators, 1 compactor, 1 sideboom, a picker truck, 3 lowboys and a few other smaller pieces of equipment.
In June 2008 the company was purchased by Gerry, Jeff and Dan Fulton. Some of the projects this summer include
a large project at the Earth Tech Waste Treatment Plant in Swan Hills involving ditching and excavation of water lines.
In addition, we have had an excavator and 2 sidebooms on a pipeline job for Penn West in Virginia Hills and excavation
and reshaping leases for Devon Canada in Swan Hills.
